Property layouts for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also included in this new document release seems to be a site plan for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the territory, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and contains a legend identifying distinct parts of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, including plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
